How do I redeem?

On the Home page, select log on and then use your KANSHA member ID and password. The first time you visit, you will need to select Activate Account.

How long before I can redeem Points?

Every fortnight your points will be loaded into the loyalty system. So you can expect to be able to redeem points 3 to 4 weeks following your claim.

You will also receive email statements advising your points available for redemption.

If you do not have enough points at the time of submitting a redemption request, you can redeem products and vouchers using both points and $.

During the redemption process, you will be asked to select your method of redemption and to use your credit card if you use our flexible points + pay system.

Can I change my order if I order incorrectly?

No. Please double-check the item(s) added to your shopping cart to ensure that you order correctly.

What conditions apply to vouchers when I redeem them?

  • You can give vouchers to others to use.
  • Alteration to the voucher makes it invalid.
  • The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

What is a forced redemption?

A forced redemption will take place if your account has a positive balance on the points' expiry date. The system will select automatically a gift card with lower points value and will dispatch it to your nominated address.
